NASA lists the basic cost for a flight-rated spacesuit at around $12 Million today. These are worn by the ISS astronauts, and are the EMUs or Extravehicular Mobility Units, made for spacewalks.
Although they are much tougher, more stable, and more secure by far than what Neil A. had when he walked on the moon, there are no plans for a moon landing, so I do not know for sure if the EMUs are capable of functioning in a lunar surface environment (I kind of think that they would be).
The suits used by Apollo and Skylab astronauts was discontinued in 1976 for more technologically advanced suits. Inflation between 1976 and 2015 ran at a total of 323% [ roughly :-) ], so if all things being even, using that number, Neil Armstrong's suit should have cost around $1, 814, 217.33 in 1969. Of course, they were inventing as they were going along, so it may have been a lot more, and it is hard to tease away the cost of just the space suit from the rest of the costs of the Apollo program, but there is a least a shot in the dark.
